Did you ever feel threatened, abused, coerced, intimidated in any of your dealing with Dr. Kruschinski

Did Dr. Kruschinski state in your operative reports that you had a reaction to SprayGel Adhesion Barrier?
While in Germany did you witness any unethical behavior you'd like to report?
Did Dr. Kruschinski state to you he invented gasless laparoscopy.
